What happens after we recieve your referral

Once we receive your referral, a member of our team will contact you via email with information on how to access our Members Area. There, you’ll find a rich library of resources designed to support you on your recovery journey.


You’ll also receive login details for More Positive Me’s Empowerment After Domestic Abuse and Rediscovering You eCourses, which you’re welcome to complete at your own pace.


If you’ve indicated interest in joining a face-to-face or online group course, we’ll include sign-up details in your welcome email.

The DASH (Domestic Abuse, Stalking and Honour-Based Violence) Risk Checklist is a nationally recognised tool used to assess the level of risk an individual may be facing. It helps ensure that the right support and safety measures are provided.


To participate in the Empowerment After Domestic Abuse and Rediscovering You programmes, individuals must have a DASH score of 12 or below.


Professionals: Please submit a completed DASH checklist to info@morepositiveme.co.uk after submitting the referral form.


Self-referrals: You will be required to complete the DASH checklist as part of your self-referral process.

Practitioner Wellbeing Support – Group Zoom Sessions

At More Positive Me, we understand the emotional demands placed on professionals working in support roles. To help protect against burnout and vicarious trauma, we offer tailored group sessions designed to prioritise practitioner wellbeing.


Our programme consists of four one-hour Zoom sessions delivered over four weeks with your team. These sessions focus on building practical self-care strategies, promoting emotional resilience, and creating space for reflection and support.


Whether you're part of a frontline team, support service, or healthcare setting, these sessions aim to strengthen wellbeing, reduce stress, and foster a more sustainable work-life balance.
